Customer Service Representative Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Solvo Global in Medellin.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service inquiries, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a daily basis.
Key Qualifications
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills.
You should have Customer Service and Customer Experience expertise, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to multitask and problem-solve efficiently.
Experience in a similar role or customer-facing position is advantageous. You should also have attention to detail and empathy towards customers.
Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are a plus. Experience with CRM software is also beneficial.
