We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team, contributing to our fast-paced and rapidly growing startup environment.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Database entry and management
  • Reporting and data analysis
  • Receiving, verifying, and digitizing documents and data
  • Completing individual tasks, as assigned and within determined deadlines
  • Conducting the Intake process, gathering new client information, and creating new Filevine projects

Requirements:



  • 1+ years of experience with data entry or related fields
  • Digitization and document management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Collaboration and communication of task status
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF
  • Good English language oral and written communication skills
  • Easily understanding English-language task direction without formal documentation
