About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Sana Commerce. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our users receive top-notch support.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Interact with customers through multiple channels, providing timely and effective support.
  2. Share best practices and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
  3. Register customer responses, complaints, and remarks, and handle requests for assistance.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to drive business growth and improvement.
  5. Contribute to the overall improvement of internal processes and serve as the voice of customers in our team.
  6. Achieve minimum successful indicators for our KPIs.
  7. Strive to keep our customers satisfied and delighted.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Strong command of the English language, both in written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Customer-centric with a clear ambition to help.
  5. Strong communication skills, able to listen actively to what customers need and communicate clearly.
  6. General computer skills and knowledge of online software products and services (SaaS).
  7. Positive and passionate attitude towards responsibilities.
  8. Polite, diligent, and a team player.
  9. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and stress resistance.
