Job Summary

The Lisinski Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled Retention Associate to join our team. This role involves following up with clients to understand their specific needs and providing them with strategic services that fit their situation.

Pay Rate: USD 6.00 per hour + bonus

About the Role

This position requires a strong ability to build relationships quickly with clients, communicate effectively, and resolve complex cases in a professional manner.

  • Learn and memorize case types offered by the firm according to Attorney guidelines.
  • Qualify each case type based on Attorney direction, training, FAQs, and other communications.
  • Review case pricing with clients and determine their best payment option for recommended case types.
  • Resolve client escalations and upsell additional services when the legal team recommends it.
  • Schedule follow-ups with leads to remind them of the value of our services.
  • Recommend our referral program to admitted clients.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent negotiating skills, verbal and written communication skills, world-class customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to meet deadlines and time manage yourself and others.
