About the Role:

The Lead Generation Expert at Hustler Marketing will be responsible for managing and optimizing our inbound and outbound lead generation channels. Your primary goal will be to bring in qualified leads, measured by booked calls for our key services. You will work closely with our Marketing and Sales departments to align lead generation efforts with broader business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B lead generation, with experience in utilizing multiple lead generation channels, including cold email, LinkedIn, SEO, Google Ads, and social media. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing lead generation budgets, as well as collaborating with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads.

We are looking for a highly proactive and autonomous individual who is comfortable driving the success of our lead generation efforts. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our CEO and Directors, gaining valuable insights into the mechanics of running a successful agency.

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on the main target of the position, which is to generate qualified leads. You will be rewarded with a stable and fixed salary from day one, as well as a performance-based bonus structure tied to the number of qualified leads you generate.

Key Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, in an agency setting.
  • Strong experience in lead generation for agencies with main leads being ecommerce stores and SAAS companies.
  • Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and booked calls.
  • Expertise in utilizing multiple lead generation channels, including but not limited to cold email, LinkedIn, SEO, Google Ads, and social media.
  • Ability to manage and optimize lead generation budgets.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively suggest new strategies for lead generation.
