Real Estate Lead Generation Manager

We are a high-performance real estate team seeking native or near-native English speakers for a full-time position as Real Estate Lead Managers or Appointment Setters. This role involves cold-calling leads, building rapport with sellers, and establishing relationships between our company and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold-call a minimum of 150 leads per day and book at least 5 appointments.
- Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and collect property information.
- Document progress and leads accurately.
- Post deals on Slack and communicate with Acquisition Specialists.
Requirements
- A competitive, confident, and perseverant personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Public Relations, or Negotiation Roles.
- Basic understanding of the U.S. Real Estate Market.
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with American Culture.
