Real Estate Lead Generation Manager

We are a high-performance real estate team seeking native or near-native English speakers for a full-time position as Real Estate Lead Managers or Appointment Setters. This role involves cold-calling leads, building rapport with sellers, and establishing relationships between our company and clients.



Key Responsibilities

  • Cold-call a minimum of 150 leads per day and book at least 5 appointments.
  • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and collect property information.
  • Document progress and leads accurately.
  • Post deals on Slack and communicate with Acquisition Specialists.


Requirements

  • A competitive, confident, and perseverant personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Public Relations, or Negotiation Roles.
  • Basic understanding of the U.S. Real Estate Market.
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with American Culture.
