We are a high-performance real estate team seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, building rapport with prospects, and setting appointments for our acquisitions team. This is a highly rewarding position for individuals with a strong sales background and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate a minimum of 150 leads per day through cold calling and other lead generation strategies
- Build rapport with prospects and overcome objections to set appointments for our acquisitions team
- Document progress and leads accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with the acquisitions team to ensure seamless handoffs
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of our business
- 2+ years of experience in sales, public relations, or negotiation roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of the U.S. real estate market and willingness to learn and adapt
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette
