We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to serve as the primary liaison for our clients. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on account management, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
- Strategic Planning: Develop, execute, and oversee marketing strategies tailored to client goals, leveraging our AI-powered solutions.
- Campaign Oversight: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects and campaigns, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
- Upselling & Retention: Identify opportunities to expand client accounts and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management and strategic planning within the marketing or advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing solutions and their application in business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
