Sales Specialist for Education Sector, LATAM

Join Amazon Web Services (AWS) as part of the WW Public Sector LATAM team, where you will be instrumental in crafting and executing strategies to expand our footprint in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with C-suite executives across public sector organizations to strengthen relationships.
- Collaborate with Account and Sales Managers to drive business growth.
- Work alongside strategic industry partners and represent AWS at industry events to establish thought leadership.
- Lead initiatives to guide government solutions within the region.
- Develop and promote scalable cloud solutions tailored for the education sector, including SIS, ERP, LMS, and more.
- Provide valuable insights to AWS product teams to enhance future offerings.
- Collaborate with the Industry Solution Team to create scalable solutions for deployment across LATAM.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets, specifically targeting C-level executives.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, partner development, or sales management.
- 5+ years of experience in building successful partner ecosystems.
- A proven ability to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of addressing complex business challenges and crafting compelling value propositions. A collaborative approach and a customer-centric focus are essential.
This role may require approximately 40% international travel within Latin America and the Caribbean.
