Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Analyst to support our company's financial and accounting efficiency in Colombia. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals to advance their career in Accounting by contributing to the improvement of our organization's financial robustness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accounting duties, including bookkeeping, transaction monitoring, and bank reconciliations;
- Reconcile transactions, maintain databases, and support ERP reporting;
- Participate in financial analysis and deliver ad-hoc requests;
- Collaborate with the Headquarters' team for timely and accurate monthly reporting;
- Support internal and external auditors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in Finance/Accounting;
- 2-3 years of combined financial reporting/accounting experience in a corporate international environment;
- Basic knowledge of IFRS and local accounting GAAP;
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and particularly Excel;
- Previous experience in Microsoft Business Central is an asset;
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage new ideas and creative solutions;
- Fluency in English and local language (both oral and written).
