Job Description
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our hotel operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong knowledge of the hotel market, and a focus on public relations, business strategy, and financial analysis.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the hotel operations to ensure excellence in guest experience and team member engagement.
- Develop and follow up on commercial strategies, including pricing, segmentation, distribution channels, advertising, and promotion.
- Perform market environment analysis, competitive set, market statistics, and historical data.
- Manage ongoing profitability, ensuring revenue targets, guest satisfaction, and team member engagement are met and exceeded.
- Lead management and analysis of services, monitoring guest satisfaction levels.
- Present results of operation to the Board of Directors.
- Implement and maintain current processes in the management system (quality and sustainability).
- Follow up implementation of administrative processes of Human Management.
- Exercise legal representation of the company.
- Meet and exceed service standards of the Hilton brand.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent leadership skills with strong knowledge of the hotel market.
- Strong focus on public relations, business strategy, strategic planning, operational management, and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated experience of at least 1 year as a General Manager in the luxury segment.
- Professionally trained in tourism and hotel management or related careers.
- Advanced command of English.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
