Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers and potential routes for engagement.
  • Develop and execute a cold outreach strategy, utilizing phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to establish connections and build relationships.
  • Deliver clear, well-structured handover notes based on initial conversations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with the sales team.
  • Work closely with the Outbound Sales Manager and Principal Consultant to refine your approach and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance processes, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in Outbound Business Development, with a proven track record of achievement in high-pressure, competitive situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer programs, including CRMs like HubSpot.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
