Product Sales Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Sales Expert to join our team at Infobip Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability of our dedicated product and/or group of products in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute regional and product sales strategies to achieve sales targets and targets for detected account lists.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive product adoption and increase opportunity closing rates.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop effective go-to-market strategies and customer segmentations.
  4. Identify key areas of growth and develop strategies to exploit these opportunities while removing potential blockers.
  5. Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to align key priorities, initiatives, and markets, providing input on new areas of growth for our SaaS offering.
  6. Keep regional team members up-to-date with the latest product features and releases, ensuring better solution offerings for our targeted clients.
  7. Monitor and report on pipeline creation, velocity, and conversion, and help remove roadblocks by partnering with HQ and Regional roles.
  8. Work with marketing to capitalize product wins and create social proof and positive noise.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Telecom Sales/Carrier Sales Management with a consistent, successful sales track record.
  2. Proficiency in English is a must.
  3. Messaging experience is a plus, and/or CPaaS highly desired.
  4. Strong interpersonal and excellent written/verbal communication skills to develop strong relationships with internal and external parties.
  5. Experience with negotiating, decision-making, and closing with prospects as well as customers.
  6. Flexible self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
  7. Excited and motivated to drive the growth of a cutting-edge consumer brand.
  8. Willing and able to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
  9. Proficient with various technical tools such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Salesforce, Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), etc.
