Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team in LATAM. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing management, CRM maintenance, and event planning, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate engaging content for Somewhere's social media accounts and marketing materials.
  • Ensure the CRM (Hubspot) is up-to-date with accurate contact information and maintain CRM hygiene.
  • Coordinate the delivery of newsletters, and prepare outreach emails, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Maintain and organize up-to-date marketing files and project data.
  • Plan and prepare for industry conferences, trade shows, exhibits, client dinners, and team bonding experiences.
  • Generate and execute campaigns aimed at growth and diversification.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software such as Photoshop, Canva, and Illustrator is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS365 products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to unfamiliar software products.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
