About the Role:
We are in search of a driven and detail-oriented LATAM Marketing Assistant to enhance our vibrant marketing team. The successful candidate will be pivotal in supporting our marketing initiatives, especially on LinkedIn, and will play a crucial role in connecting with CISOs and other influential decision-makers within the cybersecurity domain. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who flourishes in a dynamic environment and possesses a strong passion for cybersecurity and marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Oversee and schedule daily posts on LinkedIn, concentrating on our extensive array of over 300 cybersecurity vendors. Generate engaging content regarding our vendors, clients, and industry developments to enhance brand visibility and foster engagement.
  • Content Development: Assist in crafting articles, blog entries, and various marketing materials. Create content for our "Cyber Breakfast Club" series, showcasing essential insights and client narratives.
  • Campaign Assistance: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted campaigns directed at CISOs in the U.S. market. Aid in organizing and promoting virtual events such as webinars and breakfast clubs.
  • Marketing Tools & Software: Utilize Canva to design visually appealing marketing materials, taking advantage of the extensive template library. Manage tasks using Microsoft Teams Planner and communicate effectively through Slack and Zoom.
  • CRM Management: Support the management of lead data and marketing campaigns in Pipedrive. Experience with CRM tools is advantageous.
  • Vendor Relations: Assist the marketing team in emphasizing vendor partnerships, ensuring effective communication of our solutions' value to prospective clients.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the cybersecurity sector or a related field.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva, Pipedrive, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Zoom.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and engage with a professional audience.
  • Preferred candidates are located in Latin America, with the capacity to work during EST hours.
