Job Overview
The Admissions Coordinator plays a crucial role in the planning and implementation of the processes within the admissions department, ensuring high-quality and prompt service to prospective and confirmed students at The English School.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and facilitate the admissions processes for families seeking to join The English School, ensuring adherence to institutional guidelines.
Conduct guided tours of the facilities as per the designated schedule.
Assist in organizing logistical arrangements for events aimed at both parents and children.
Support the effective administration of academic assessments for prospective students.
Devise innovative strategies and proposals to enhance the operations of the admissions department, including activities for new families and alumni.
Utilize CRM and other technological resources to ensure timely and effective communication throughout the admissions journey.
Verify that all necessary documentation for family admissions aligns with the established criteria of the institution.
Supervise the admissions assistant and interns to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Degree in Administrative Sciences, Marketing, or Communication.
