Office Operations Support Team Lead

About the Role:
Traffic Tech Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Support Team Lead to join our Bogota office in Colombia. As a key member of our Operations department, you will provide critical support in setting up, training, and leading our back-office support staff, driving our future BPO strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage various aspects of our Express Rail Service program, including accepting new requests, responding to client queries, communicating with carriers, performing quality control checks, and handling billing and costing files.
- Support our Canadian International freight division with documentation filing, triage, and distribution (Manifests, Invoices, Pre-alerts, arrival notices, Inspection notices).
- Assist in maintaining data quality control standards, relating to our Cargowise consoles and shipments.
- Create and maintain our autocosting database, including updating Cargowise transport zone sets, carrier contract rates, and ERS rates.
- Collaborate with our BPO team in India to assist with the tracking and tracing of ocean imports.
- Send out manifests and splits to warehouses.
- Provide costing support and coordinate remittance payments with our AP team.
- Monitor KPIs related to these processes.
- Help process diversions.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Understanding of international freight documentation process is an asset.
- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, adapt, comprehend, and effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
- Pro-active, strong organizational skills.
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Cargo Wise).
- Experience with Cargowise, Emanifest is considered an asset.
- Fluent in English.
This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday.
