Responsibilities:- Coordinate the Customer Service Team
- Provide direct customer support
- Review and resolve escalations
- Evaluate team members
- Support process improvement
- Train new hires
- 3+ years of experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, or equivalent
- Advanced English skills
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel, Gorgias, or other support software
- Experience managing multiple channels, including chat and social media
- Experience with CRM, customer service technologies, and cloud-hosted telephony
- Excellent written English
- Amazing customer support and phone support experience
- Tech-savvy and advanced proficiency on G-Suite/MS-Office
- Sales or e-commerce experience and understanding of sales metrics and drivers
- Great eye for detecting team and employee risk
- Track record of building positive relationships with employees and partners
- Strong work ethic and talent for bringing out the best in others
- Passionate about sharing knowledge and helping others
- Senior college student or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or relevant fields
- 3+ years of experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, or equivalent
