Job Summary

Charger Logistics is seeking a highly skilled CRM Sales Analyst to join our team. As a CRM Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing the HubSpot CRM, implementing and refining automation, and creating detailed reports to drive sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. CRM Configuration and Customization

Configure and customize the HubSpot CRM to meet the needs of Charger Logistics and its clients.

Automation and Workflow Management

Implement, test, and refine automation in HubSpot to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

Reporting and Analytics

Create detailed reports on sales, miles, and indicators to provide insights and drive business decisions.

Process Improvement

Work with clients to understand their processes, document them, and improve them to increase efficiency and productivity.

Team Collaboration

Coordinate work teams to meet commercial management objectives and ensure seamless communication.

Training and Development

Develop best practices for customizing the HubSpot CRM and train employees on how to use HubSpot for Sales, Marketing, and Service operations.

Client Communication

Manage regular client meetings and communications, including taking detailed notes and sharing action items.

Project Management

Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to clients.

Professional Development

Complete and maintain relevant HubSpot certifications and attend in-person and virtual educational events to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements
  1. Experience

2-3 years of CRM or Marketing Automation experience (HubSpot preferred) and 2 years in a similar role.

Skills

Demonstrated experience with HubSpot's workflow and sequence platform, well-developed written communication skills, and presentation skills.

Personal Qualities

Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented with minimal supervision, persuasion skills, and good communication.
