Configure and customize the HubSpot CRM to meet the needs of Charger Logistics and its clients.
Automation and Workflow ManagementImplement, test, and refine automation in HubSpot to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
Reporting and AnalyticsCreate detailed reports on sales, miles, and indicators to provide insights and drive business decisions.
Process ImprovementWork with clients to understand their processes, document them, and improve them to increase efficiency and productivity.
Team CollaborationCoordinate work teams to meet commercial management objectives and ensure seamless communication.
Training and DevelopmentDevelop best practices for customizing the HubSpot CRM and train employees on how to use HubSpot for Sales, Marketing, and Service operations.
Client CommunicationManage regular client meetings and communications, including taking detailed notes and sharing action items.
Project ManagementDevelop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to clients.
Professional DevelopmentComplete and maintain relevant HubSpot certifications and attend in-person and virtual educational events to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements- Experience
2-3 years of CRM or Marketing Automation experience (HubSpot preferred) and 2 years in a similar role.
SkillsDemonstrated experience with HubSpot's workflow and sequence platform, well-developed written communication skills, and presentation skills.
Personal QualitiesAbility to stay organized and detail-oriented with minimal supervision, persuasion skills, and good communication.
