Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HubSpot Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring seamless integration with our marketing, sales, and customer success functions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Platform Management and Optimization: Ensure the HubSpot platform is fully leveraged to meet business needs, including managing user accounts, workflows, pipelines, and custom fields, and ensuring data integrity.
  2. Integration and Automation: Integrate HubSpot with other systems and tools, such as Salesforce, WordPress, and social media platforms, and create and manage automation workflows to improve efficiency across departments.
  3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards within HubSpot to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across marketing, sales, and customer service, and use data to inform strategic decisions and optimize processes.
  4. Training and Support: Provide training and support to HubSpot users within the organization, developing documentation, guidelines, and best practices for users.
  5. Strategy and Innovation: Work closely with leadership to develop and implement strategies that leverage HubSpot capabilities, staying updated on HubSpot features and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience with HubSpot CRM, both implementations and management of the platform.
  3. HubSpot certifications such as HubSpot Marketing Software Certification, HubSpot Sales Software Certification, and others are highly preferred.
  4. Strong understanding of B2B/SaaS marketing, sales, and customer success processes.
  5. Experience with CRM integrations and API usage.
  6. Excellent analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  8. Self-starter with a strong bias for action and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  9. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  10. Comfortable with a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  11. Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems with high attention to detail.
  12. Experience with agile and working closely with designers and engineers to drive feature definition and implementation.
  13. Excellent collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels.
