Transformational Enterprise Sales Manager for Fintech and Banking Solutions

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Transformational Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team at ACI Worldwide, Inc. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in selling complex transformational solutions to top-tier financial institutions and fintech companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships with key clients.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, including Solution Consultants, Channel Managers, Marketing specialists, Customer Success Managers, and Product Specialists.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and ACI product enhancements to provide expert advice to clients.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of success in selling transformational enterprise-level payments solutions to Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks, large regional banks, top national credit unions, and/or large software/services/distribution intermediaries.
- Strong existing contacts at client companies, particularly C-level and SVP-level decision makers, as well as ability to engage with Treasury Operations, Risk and Compliance, and other customer stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with fluency in common office and sales applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Salesforce CRM (Salesforce Lightning experience a plus), account planning and research tools, like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
- Honed lead generation skills based on industry knowledge and contacts, with the ability to collaborate with Field Marketing and other lead generation specialists.
- Executive presence, with a demonstrated ability to maintain forward traction through a 12 to 24-month sales cycle.
