About the Role
You'll be responsible for resolving customer technical requests and issues via voice and chat services, including chat, text, email, social media, and direct messaging. Your strong product knowledge, problem-solving skills, and ability to connect with customers will shine through as you provide exceptional support and guidance.
What You'll Bring to the Role
We're looking for individuals with:
- 1+ year of technical support/troubleshooting experience
- Experience with voice, chat, text, email, and other non-verbal platforms
- Strong product knowledge of multiple tech support systems and problem-solving skills
- Ability to connect with customers using verbal and written communication
- Great written communication skills, including grammar and spelling
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong leadership and cognitive skills, including decision-making and problem-solving
