Job Title: Operational Excellence Leader - Enhancing Customer Experience

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

About the Role: As an Operational Excellence Leader, you will be responsible for driving process optimization across multiple regions and business lines. You will identify inefficiencies in operational workflows and implement data-driven strategies to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead continuous improvement efforts for customer service operations
  • Streamline processes and enhance service delivery using data-driven strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on process improvements and operational goals
  • Oversee performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive operational excellence
  • Coach and develop team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Requirements:

  • Mandatory fluent English and Spanish, with advanced communication skills
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service operations, process improvement, or a similar operational leadership role
  • 3+ years managing teams or cross-functional projects
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Black/Green Belt certification preferred)
