Technical Support Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Consultant to provide exceptional technical support to our clients. If you have a passion for technology and enjoy solving complex problems, this role may be the perfect fit for you.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, prior experience in tech support, and a strong technical background related to networking. They will be responsible for providing technical support via calls, chats, and emails, resolving support inquiries, and maintaining working knowledge of our client's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support via various communication channels
  2. Resolve support inquiries of various difficulties
  3. Ensure customers' satisfaction with any interaction
  4. Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services

Requirements:

  1. Excellent English communication skills
  2. Prior experience in tech support or a similar role
  3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  4. Technical background related to networking
