Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Remote Service Engineer to provide advanced first-line technical support to customers. The ideal candidate will have experience with incident resolution, ticket management, and technical skills on OS (Windows Server 2008-2019) with a basic understanding of networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via various communication channels.
- Accurately document service records using the Service Management System.
- Take ownership of customer cases, ensuring correct knowledge and diagnostics are captured.
- Act as a escalation initiator on customer service escalations.
- Address complaints and feedback, following agreed processes to ensure accurate information capture.
Requirements:
- Experience with incident resolution and ticket management.
- Technical skills on OS (Windows Server 2008-2019).
- Basic understanding of networking.
