About YipitData:

We are a leading market research and analytics firm for the disruptive economy, analyzing billions of alternative data points daily to provide accurate insights on ridesharing, e-commerce marketplaces, payments, and more.

This role will play a key part in onboarding, developing, training, and coaching our four core Revenue roles (SDR, Sales, Client Strategy, Business Development).

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a best-in-class, 5-week training program for new hires across various revenue roles.
  • Develop comprehensive onboarding curriculums and ensure they are up-to-date.
  • Design and facilitate classroom and blended learning experiences.
  • Host coaching sessions on soft skills like objection handling, discovery, and negotiation.
  • Frequent assessment and evaluation of new hires' progress.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales training or enablement in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient C2 Level English.
  • Proven track record of building effective training programs for sales teams.
  • Familiarity with the sales process and onboarding revenue roles.
  • Excellent audience engagement skills and adaptability.
  • A self-starter with strong judgment and business acumen.
  • Based in Colombia (mandatory).
