At HubSpot, we're looking for a skilled Technical Business Development Specialist to join our sales team. As a key member of our PreSales team, you'll work closely with our sales team to bring our cutting-edge products to market. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to develop customized solutions for our customers, providing consultative expertise to drive sales, and working closely with our sales reps to identify and close deals.

As a Technical Business Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating resources and enablement for frequently asked questions, helping sales reps identify good-fit opportunities in their territories, and closing both new business and install base at or above a predefined number on a monthly cadence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with sales & channel reps to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Providing consultative expertise to customers on our Service and Operations products.
  • Creating customized solutions for customers to meet their business needs.
  • Developing and delivering training programs for sales reps.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitive market conditions.

Requirements include:

  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Experience working in a complex selling or customer-facing environment.
  • Comfortable presenting to drive business change.
  • Effectively collaborates with team members and sales reps to address customer needs and drive sales.
