Position Overview:

The Equipment Manager will oversee the management of table equipment and consumables processes, which includes planning, procurement, logistics, and compliance with internal controls. This role also involves database management and data analysis, as well as supervising relevant teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and supervise Equipment Specialists across all locations to ensure the execution of essential equipment processes and uphold high operational standards.
  2. Enhance equipment-related KPIs in Studios through effective management of Equipment Specialists.
  3. Oversee the procurement and logistics of table equipment for all operational sites.
  4. Conduct market research and maintain communication with suppliers to ensure optimal procurement practices.
  5. Visit manufacturing facilities to tailor equipment to meet the organization's requirements.
  6. Plan and implement process optimization initiatives to enhance equipment performance.
  7. Ensure adherence to internal controls regarding equipment processes as mandated by regulatory bodies.
  8. Establish a secure environment for sensitive table equipment within Studios.
  9. Analyze data related to table equipment issues across all locations.
  10. Participate in audits and regulatory discussions concerning table equipment matters.
  11. Manage budgeting and planning for existing operations and new game launches.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as Floor Operations, for operational and implementation tasks.
  13. Support local Research and Development efforts for new products and prototype equipment.
  14. Organize testing for prototype equipment and new game certifications, gathering data for analysis.
  15. Monitor and audit all equipment-related processes, including inspection, storage, and utilization.
  16. Provide training to Equipment Specialist representatives.
  17. Coordinate training sessions for new equipment with other departments as necessary.
  18. Regularly update senior management on the status of equipment processes.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting, with an understanding of network architectures.
  • Previous experience in IT or a technical field.
  • Proficient with common tools and equipment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Understanding of the interplay between electronics, mechanics, and firmware.
  • Experience with testing equipment such as multimeters.
  • Background in market research.
  • Familiarity with electronics and technical principles.
  • Photography or lighting experience is advantageous but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux.
  • Demonstrated sense of responsibility and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to multitask, work effectively in a team, and maintain a positive demeanor.
  • Strong planning and forecasting skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in a managerial role leading a team.
  • Experience in 3D design or printing is a plus.
  • Ability to create and update documentation effectively.
  • Experience in equipment reliability testing and incoming inspections.
  • Inventory management experience.
  • Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
