The primary point of contact between our agency and clients, handling day-to-day interactions, managing projects for client success. Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills are required.
Responsibilities- Manage a book of clients as their sole point of contact via email, call, and text.
- Maintain and develop client relationships based on mutual respect, high-quality service, expectation setting, and coaching.
- Continually innovate new methods to improve client experience and retention.
- Upsell clients on relevant products.
- Collect client feedback and pass it along to drive constant improvement.
- Fluency in English.
- A positive attitude seeing client dissatisfaction as an opportunity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A self-starter comfortable working remotely, managing projects, and meeting deadlines without direct supervision.
- Driven, competitive, and confident with coaching others and setting expectations.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range ($45,000 - $65,000) depending on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate is a proactive, team player willing to participate in ongoing training and continuously improve performance.
