Job Summary
We are seeking a Digital Agriculture Sales Professional to join our organization. As the Smart Return account manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and dynamic role of selling digital solutions and services within the agricultural sector.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored digital solutions that can enhance agricultural productivity and sustainability.
- Demonstrate proficiency in various digital tools and platforms, maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the industry's latest advancements, and possess strong communication skills to effectively articulate the value proposition of digital products.
- Negotiate sales prices, prepare transaction reports, and provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Advise customers on the installation and layout of equipment, recommend procedural changes, and ensure that orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
Requirements
- Background in agriculture or related fields, combined with experience in sales or customer service.
