The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Digital Marketing division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and executing custom digital advertising campaigns for our clients. Your expertise in programmatic demand side platforms and ad serving technologies will be essential in driving client growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement client strategies across their range of products and brands
  • Forecast spend and revenue for each client account
  • Own and manage Tier 1, 2, 3, and 4 accounts, with a focus on client strategy, strategy reviews, and QBRs
  • Collaborate with the Head of Account Management, VP of Client Growth, and Head of Media Sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media, with a focus on programmatic demand side platforms
  • 2+ years of experience in a commercial and/or business development capability
  • Proven success in managing a customer portfolio and exceeding client expectations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
