Unlock Career Advancement as a Global Sales Growth Manager

We are on the hunt for a seasoned sales professional to lead our customer growth management team. As a Global Sales Growth Manager, your primary focus will be on upselling and cross-selling to existing customers through strategic account analysis and outbound growth initiatives.

You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing customer pipeline that consistently exceeds targets and revenue goals. Your key performance indicators will include achieving above-quota sales performance, ensuring deals of high quality with minimal post-sale fallout, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry or software as a service (SaaS) sector. You should also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

A strong understanding of the hospitality industry trends, challenges, and business operations is essential, as well as proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Google Business Suite. Travel requirements may apply.

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a highly competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as flexible working schedules, open Paid Time Away policy, and opportunities to work remotely with great people.
