Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at GlobalLogic. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers, troubleshooting complex system problems, and implementing hardware and software upgrades.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot complex system problems and identify root causes
- Implement hardware and software upgrades to existing customer base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Bachelor/Master in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent
- Expertise in IP network switching and routing protocols, TCP/IP stack highly desirable
- Hands-on experience with Linux
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
