Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at GlobalLogic. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers, troubleshooting complex system problems, and implementing hardware and software upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot complex system problems and identify root causes
  • Implement hardware and software upgrades to existing customer base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor/Master in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent
  • Expertise in IP network switching and routing protocols, TCP/IP stack highly desirable
  • Hands-on experience with Linux
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
