About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Support Specialist to join our team at Medtronic. As a Product Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide solutions to resolve issues.
  • Document customer interactions and issues to support product quality programs and product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English language.
  • Availability to work Sunday to Thursday (4:00 pm - 1:00 a.m.).
  • High school degree.
  • 1 or more years of experience in customer service, technical support, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
