Handling inbound and/or making outbound calls. Providing accurate and timely responses to inquiries via email and live chat support channels. Striving for exceptional Customer Satisfaction and Experience, ensuring all interactions are conducted professionally in accordance with the Quality Guidelines set by the Client.

Requirements:

Advanced English proficiency: strong verbal and written communication skills. Full-time availability, 44 hours per week. Residing in the designated area.
