You will handle inbound and/or make outbound calls. You will deliver accurate and timely responses to inquiries received via email and live chat support channels. You will consistently strive for excellent Customer Satisfaction and Experience, ensuring that all interactions are managed professionally according to the Quality Guidelines established by the Client.

Requirements:

Advanced English proficiency: strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills. Full-time availability, 44 hours per week. Reside in the designated metropolitan area.
