Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Juniper Networks. As a key member of our Inside Service Sales team, you will be responsible for managing the daily sales operations and people-management functions to achieve financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Manage the Inside Service Sales team to ensure prompt and proactive quoting, as well as achievement of established renewal sales goals.
  • Renewal Sales: Partner with Sales Business Managers and field sales to drive attainment of assigned team quota, primarily for maintenance renewals.
  • Quote Preparation: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of renewal quotes for all expiring contracts.
  • Dashboard Analysis: Analyze available dashboards to manage renewal progress and identify areas to improve.
  • Data Management: Ensure current and complete data in Salesforce to drive accurate forecasting.
  • Customer Interaction: Interact with various related teams to ensure a positive customer experience, including case resolution, database/entitlement management, problem resolution, order management, and general inquiries.
  • Database Management: Perform all database management and data analysis required to prepare accurate quotes and maintain data integrity.
  • Escalation Management: Manage escalations and problem resolution of issues related to service renewals.
  • Forecasting and Performance Management: Coordinate individual and team forecast target setting and achievement analysis, and measure individual and team performance to include goal/objective setting and measurement against sales goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of service sales business experience, with strong interpersonal skills and 24 years of experience in management of a sales team.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to organize and work on multiple projects, demonstrated financial, operational, analytical, and decision-making skills, solid verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Tableau.
