About the Role

Sovos Compliance is seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial operations of our E-Commerce Account Executives and working with both existing and new clients to sell our company's products, including negotiating and closing contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Operations: Oversee the commercial operations of the E-Commerce Account Executives team, including managing the entire renewals process from start to finish.
  • Client Relationships: Work with both existing and new clients to sell our company's products, including negotiating and closing contracts.
  • Contract Negotiations: Manage contract negotiations, including updating the sales management system and all other aspects of the prospecting and sales renewal process.
  • Sales Process: Responsible for the sales process from BRFC to Close, while leveraging resources effectively throughout the sales cycle on strategic deals.
  • Value Proposition: Articulate the value propositions of Sovos' products and services.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-4 years' experience as a BDR, quota-carrying Sales role or similar; software solution sales preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to navigate and manage end-to-end sales cycles, knowledge of contact management solutions, and business travel may be required to attend client meetings and conferences.
