Client Solutions Manager

The Client Solutions Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth and client satisfaction for TikTok's Global Business Solutions team. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing post-sale client relationships, providing expert consultative services, and developing custom solutions to meet client business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Manage and grow post-sale client relationships, working closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Consultative Services: Provide expert consultative services to clients, including advising on the best approach to drive business outcomes and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and developing and executing strategies to increase client spend.
- Client Education: Educate clients on TikTok's products and services, including best practices and industry trends, to help them achieve their business objectives.
- Measurement and Analytics: Work closely with the Latam TikTok Measurement Team to develop and implement measurement strategies for clients, tracking metrics and identifying insights to drive business outcomes.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional client support, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify insights to drive business outcomes.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising, with a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and the ability to advise clients on best practices.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
