About the Role

The Client Solutions Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth and client satisfaction for TikTok's Global Business Solutions team. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing post-sale client relationships, providing expert consultative services, and developing custom solutions to meet client business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Manage and grow post-sale client relationships, working closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  2. Consultative Services: Provide expert consultative services to clients, including advising on the best approach to drive business outcomes and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  3. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and developing and executing strategies to increase client spend.
  4. Client Education: Educate clients on TikTok's products and services, including best practices and industry trends, to help them achieve their business objectives.
  5. Measurement and Analytics: Work closely with the Latam TikTok Measurement Team to develop and implement measurement strategies for clients, tracking metrics and identifying insights to drive business outcomes.
  6. Client Support: Provide exceptional client support, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify insights to drive business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising, with a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and the ability to advise clients on best practices.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
