Key Responsibilities- New Client Origination: Identify and acquire new clients across our Capital Markets Solutions portfolio, with a focus on financial institutions and corporates in the LATAM region.
- Marketing and Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base in the LATAM region.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our Capital Markets Solutions.
- Contracting and Onboarding: Negotiate and manage complex client agreements, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration of new clients into our systems.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive revenue growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Capital Markets, Financial Technology, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client bases.
- Language: Fluency in Spanish and English, with proficiency in Portuguese or other languages a plus.
- Sales Management: Proven experience in sales management, with a strong understanding of sales reporting functions and CRM systems.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the Capital Markets and Financial Technology sectors.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
