**About Us**
Hire Horatio Cx is a dynamic company seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Bogota. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our global client base while utilizing your language skills in Italian and English.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high-quality customer support in multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone.
- Liaise with customers and partners to resolve order fulfillment, product, pricing, and quality issues.
- Interface with shipping partners regarding tracking and customs clearance.
- Evaluate and resolve customer disputes according to company policies.
- Identify and escalate complex issues beyond your scope to the appropriate department.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Fluent or proficient in Italian, with proficiency in English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across multiple channels.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and other customer service software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex issues.
- Able to work flexible hours to accommodate customers' local business hours.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
