About Your Insurance Attorney

We are a plaintiff law firm specializing in first-party property insurance, personal injury, and nursing home negligence. Our goal is to deliver exceptional results through unmatched expertise.

Role Overview

As a Paralegal with our team, you will be responsible for drafting legal documents, managing deadlines, communicating with clients, and organizing case files. You will work closely with our experienced attorneys to support impactful legal cases in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Draft legal documents, including initial, second, or supplemental discovery requests.
  • File motions for extensions of time, as needed.
  • Manage calendars and meet critical deadlines.
  • Communicate with clients and draft responses to discovery questions.
  • Review and organize file documentation for production.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports on filed discovery responses.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Related experience or an equivalent background.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong grammatical and spelling abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • The ability to effectively deal with a diverse range of individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Acute attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Skilled in performing diversified clerical functions.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with individuals from various backgrounds and at all levels.
  • Fluency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English and Spanish.
