About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth case management, from documentation to communication. Key responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Supporting attorneys by preparing and organizing pre-litigation documentation, including gathering records and relevant information">
  • Managing case files from initiation to closure under the supervision of an attorney">
  • Communicating regularly and promptly with clients, insurance companies, and third parties to collect information and provide updates on cases">
  • Maintaining accurate, organized, and up-to-date case files within the firm's case management system">
  • Handling and organizing incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails efficiently">
  • Acting as the primary liaison for pre-suit communication between clients, attorneys, and insurance companies">
  • Escalating case-related issues to the attorney as necessary for resolution">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • ">
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)">
  • Prior experience as a pre-litigation assistant, legal assistant, or paralegal in a law firm setting (preferred)">
  • Strong understanding of First Party Property and Casualty claims and pre-litigation procedures (preferred)">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel">
  • Courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude when communicating with clients, adjusters, and experts">
  • Professional demeanor with integrity and a commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards">
