Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lead Procurement and Operations Specialist to join our Global Business Services Center (GBSC). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing on our mission to deliver operational excellence and add value to our partners and customers.

In this role, you will serve as process owner over global functions such as accounts payable, master data, and payment operations in the procure to pay space. Your primary focus will be ensuring quality and timely resolution for level 2 customer inquiries, managing daily operating activities, and delivering process automation, financial risk management, and innovative customer solutions.

You will also manage offshore and onshore resources, including Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service delivery, communicate process issues or updates to stakeholders, assess and recommend opportunities for improvement, liaise with GBSC, regional, and business teams to ensure compliance with all represented policies and controls, evaluate financial and operational performance metrics, summarize findings, and make timely recommendations to senior leadership.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience using Oracle, Tableau, and Coupa preferred.
  • Experience managing procure to pay processes with reliance on metrics-based performance management tools.
  • Experience managing a diverse, multi-functional group.
  • Experience building trusted relationships with business partners.
  • Demonstrated successful oversight of the management and resolution of high-risk issues to ensure completeness and efficiency.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and accuracy.

Based on market research and location, we estimate the salary range for this position to be $90,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
