About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Analyst to join our Colombian HR department at Besedo Colombia. As an HR Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment and talent management functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment Cycle Management: Execute the entire recruitment cycle for operational and mid-seniority levels, ensuring the success of the organization.
  2. Job Description Development: Create and review job descriptions, analyze talent needs, and follow the recruitment standard process.
  3. Candidate Management: Follow up with selected candidates after placement and coordinate recruitment for all administrative roles within the Bogotá office.
  4. Selection Process Management: Create and apply non-standardized tests for different selection processes, analyze psychological tests when necessary, and ensure accurate documentation storage.
  5. Contract Management: Create contracts and addendums with the support of our legal advisors when needed.
  6. Reporting and Analytics: Fill all reports that include HR data, such as assignment health, monthly KPIs, sickness reports, and candidate funnel.
  7. Employee Support: Establish a relationship of support with service delivery, providing HR policies guidance and interpretation, and supporting employee well-being initiatives.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
  2. Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment, with experience in massive recruitment being a plus.
  3. Social security and Colombian labor law knowledge is a plus.
  4. Health and safety knowledge is a plus.
  5. English communication skills (B2+).
