Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee the financial review and planning functions for designated business units or functional areas, with a primary focus on Inventory and Excess and Obsolete (E&O) items. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the monthly financial review process.
  • Managing various financial business processes, including strategic planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting.
  • Providing business partner support for daily operations and special initiatives.
  • Assisting business partners in understanding financial policies and practices.
  • Developing insights into inventory flows to facilitate discussions and engage business partners in analyzing and enhancing inventory management and E&O.
  • Participating in Global Inventory meetings.
  • Proposing and implementing continuous improvement projects.
  • Supporting the management of inventory investment decisions.
  • Completing other ad hoc reports and assignments as needed.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated potential for future development opportunities.
  • Proficiency in advanced POWER BI, Excel, and Access.
  • Knowledge of information systems and their application in finance.

Educational Background

A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.

  • 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, or 4-5 years of experience with successful completion of the ZB Finance Development Program and strong performance.
  • CPA certification is highly desired; CPA/CMA is preferred.
  • Fluency in English (B2+ / C1 level) is required.

Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel up to 10%.
