About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data Manager to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our HR organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain global HR data management and reporting standards, guidelines, and manuals to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  2. Manage the implementation and enhancement of HR reporting and analytical tools and processes to meet business needs.
  3. Validate HR data compliance with global HR data model, group policies, and data privacy regulations to ensure data integrity.
  4. Collaborate with HR Services and market HR functions to establish data auditing standards and routines.
  5. Consult with HR and non-HR functions to define and use global HR data, reports, and information, as well as reporting and analytical tools.
  6. Moderate alignment activities between HR, Controlling, and other functions regarding functional hierarchy level and other cross-functional data elements.
  7. Initiate process and data improvement measurements to drive business value.
  8. Participate in a global network of reporting champions to provide transparency on and awareness of data management and reporting standards and definitions.
  9. Maintain sound business relationships between HR, Finance/Controlling, and Global IT.
  10. Participate in regular information exchange and feedback sessions within the global eHR organization, as well as with external parties.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. High level of affinity to and experience with business computing and data warehouse solutions, ideally with SAP HCM and SAP BI.
  2. Excellent analytical skills, managing large data quantities from multiple sources, to analyze complex issues and improve processes and techniques.
  3. Team player mentality and ability to work with and through others.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  1. University Degree or Equivalent (MBA, Diploma, BA, etc.).
  2. Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the Human Resources environment, ideally within an international matrix organization.
  3. Working experience in reporting and governance function.
  4. Initial Project Management experience.
  5. Excellent command of English.
  6. Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
