Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for Acronis partners and end clients, championing initiatives that enhance stability and elevate partner/customer satisfaction while achieving Monthly Recurring Revenue targets.
- Craft responses to RFIs and RFPs, as well as technical and commercial proposals tailored to prospective clients' needs.
- Collaborate with Sales and Legal teams to formulate PSA and SOW documents.
- Design project plans for implementation, consulting, and integration projects, overseeing project execution.
- Coordinate with Datacenter Operations, R&D, Support, and other departments to resolve technical challenges faced by customers during and after implementation.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Acronis product suite, providing expert consultations to clients and engaging relevant Acronis teams as necessary.
- Evaluate customer implementation and integration strategies, offering recommendations aligned with industry best practices.
- Showcase new product features and involve customers in the assessment of product updates.
- Monitor customer run rates and devise remediation strategies in response to negative trends.
- Prioritize and track customer incidents and feature requests in collaboration with R&D, Datacenter Operations, Support, and Product teams.
- Regularly update customers on the status of support cases, incidents, and feature requests.
- Manage escalation processes, create internal and customer-facing executive summaries, and conduct root cause analyses.
- Provide insights to Acronis Product Management based on customer feedback.
- Conduct quarterly review meetings to discuss run rates, key projects, and future activities.
- Oversee internal organizational development projects, ensuring consistent execution and reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on technical experience in at least three of the following areas: SaaS, IaaS, storage solutions, hypervisors, backup and disaster recovery, RestAPI, IP network design/administration, data center/infrastructure design/operations, database administration, Python scripting, and server administration.
- At least 3 years in a Project Manager or Technical Account Manager position within a software or systems integration firm.
- Possession of security certifications such as CISSP or CompTIA Security+ is preferred.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Strong skills in business analysis, project management, risk assessment, and relationship management.
- Proficient in engaging with diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in a second language (French, German, or Spanish) is a plus.
