Job Overview

Engineers within Customer Success Services (CSS) foster long-term advanced support partnerships with many of Oracle's largest clients. ASEs achieve this by utilizing Oracle's support-based intellectual assets and clients' experiences throughout their engagement with Oracle's technologies. What You Will Bring

A Bachelor's degree or up to 2 years of relevant experience. Technical interest: You possess a curiosity and understanding of cloud technology concepts. Proficiency in English. Your Responsibilities

Learn from experts and contribute to delivering value to our clients by leveraging Oracle's international network of specialists. Utilize Oracle's internal tools, resources, and network to stay updated on innovations and leading technologies. Collaborate as a team member on client projects alongside Oracle experts and leaders. Consult with clients to understand their business needs and align them with our solutions and services. Learn to design solutions using Oracle's leading technology and consulting methodologies, tools, and best practices. Support customer relationships within CSS, focusing on collaborative, long-term partnerships. Engage in problem-solving with guidance in understanding and applying Oracle policies and procedures. Demonstrate effective time management. Achieve individual goals while contributing to a team environment. Exhibit the ability to communicate using technical concepts. Familiarity with Oracle products is a plus but not mandatory. Maintain a professional demeanor. Availability to work during scheduled out-of-hours operations when necessary.
