We are seeking a skilled Legal Support Specialist to join our team at Emapta Latam. As a key member of our intake team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to potential new clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their legal journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential new clients through inbound and outbound leads, providing essential information about our legal services.
- Conduct in-depth initial consultations to present and sell our legal services, addressing client concerns and needs.
- Collect and maintain accurate information about clients and their matters, ensuring our attorneys and staff are well-equipped to address their needs.
- Maintain contact with clients who do not attend consultations or retain our services, keeping the door open for future engagement.
- Track and monitor leads, new clients, and referral sources, ensuring our software is up to date and metrics are accurate.
- Offer constructive feedback and suggestions for process improvements, actively engaging in dialogue with management.
- Prepare clients for engagement, ensuring final documents are approved and signed by a licensed attorney, in accordance with ethical rules.
Requirements
A Well-Armed Legal Mindset
- English Level: C1
Preferred Education and Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in intake or sales of products or services.
- 2-3 years of experience in Property Casualty or related legal fields.
- Education and/or work experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Superior salesmanship and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in calendar programs, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
- General knowledge of the legal industry is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Plus:
- CRM experience (Plus)
- Salesforce CRM experience (Big Plus)
- Civil law knowledge: Personal injury, property damage, immigration, nursing home negligence, health insurance.
- Legal experience (Big Plus)
